Here is a list of what you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup epsom salt
- 1/4 cup himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup dry chamomile
- 1/2 cup dry lavender
- 15 drops peppermint essential oil
- 10 drops orange essential oil
- 1 sheer drawstring pouch
*Essentials oils can be changed to different scents. It’s a matter of personal preference, but any combination will do.
Step 1:
In a large cup or medium-sized mixing bowl, combine Epsom and Himalayan salt.
Step 2:
Add dry chamomile and lavender to your mixture.
Step 3:
Add in essential oils and stir well until oils are fully absorbed into the mix.
Step 4:
For mess-free pouring, place the sheer bag in a cup to help it stay up, and then pour the mixture into the bag.
Step 5:
Pull drawstrings together and place the pouch on the shower handle. Enjoy!
The scents will fill up your entire bathroom and will typically last 1-2 weeks. Once the aroma wears off, you can refresh by adding new essential oils to the same mix.
